A beautiful property in spain with 2 bedrooms, which is situated
approximately 3 miles outside the seaside town of Torrevieja,
only 30 minutes from Alicante airport and just 20 minutes
from Murcia airport . The villa is close to Playa Flamenca
beach, a short walk along the shore takes you to La Zenia
beach and Cala Capitain beach.
The villa can accommodate up to 6 people
with 2 twin bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room,
it also has satellite TV, It has a bathroom with bath
and shower, and an additional WC downstairs. The villa
has the added advantage of air conditioning on the ground
floor and ceiling fans in both bedrooms, it also has its
own roof terrace with sun loungers. The kitchen is equipped
with electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge freezer,
washing machine, toaster, kettle. also portable heaters
for the winter. There is a change of bedding and clean
towels once a week. The villa has a small back garden
with a table and chairs. The communal pool is at the front
of the villa.
Location
The villa is within a 15 minute walk of
the supermarket and Playa Flamenca beach (blue flag) and
just 10 minutes walk from restaurants and bars which offer
a variety of food and entertainment. The local street
market takes place on Saturday and starts at 9.00 am this
is also about a 10 minutes walk away, here you will find
fresh Spanish produce, clothes and gifts.

A key/breakage deposit of £50 is payable with the balance
